This is a 2-hour comprehensive workshop designed to help you unlock your own unique flow elements, so you can flow like water both on and off the pole.
Participants will learn how to create shapes that feel good in your body and incorporate them into your pole flow with ease.
This class will emphasize graceful transitions, explore soft and fluid extensions, delve into foundational freestyle elements, and will feature a short choreography sequence!
